Joshua, owner or Pure Drop LLC came and installed my water filtration unit back in February of 2021. I use A LOT of water and it still tastes GREAT! He said I would need to change out filters in about 6 months and I plan on doing just that! He was very clean, quick and placed the system in a snug place under counter and left plenty of room for storage of other kitchen items. Josh was brought on as a water purification specialist by my plumber and electrician to examine our water softening system, which had been installed five years ago and was no longer functioning optimally. He conducted a full diagnostic of the system’s logic, reset it, and completely refurbished the filtration media, restoring the unit to its optimal performance.
